For peak-season Vancouver weddings (May through October), we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance. Destination weddings in Whistler, Kelowna, or Squamish should book even earlier, especially for summer dates. Off-season weddings (November–April) usually have 4–6 month lead times.
Yes. We regularly travel to Whistler, Kelowna, Victoria, Nanaimo, Squamish, and the Sunshine Coast for destination weddings. Travel fees are calculated based on distance and accommodation requirements. For weddings beyond British Columbia, please contact us for a custom quote.
The bridal trial is a 90-minute consultation where we design your complete wedding day look. You'll see your full hair & makeup application, take photos in different lighting, test the longevity of products, and we'll finalize a written wedding day plan. Trials are typically scheduled 2–3 months before the wedding.
We offer complete hair & makeup services for the bride and the entire wedding party. This includes bridal updos, half-up styles, blowouts, and custom styling. Most of our brides book the full hair & makeup package because it ensures the entire look is cohesive and timing is seamless on the wedding day.
Our bridal makeup is designed to last 12–16 hours through tears, photos, dancing, and emotional moments. We use professional long-wear products and setting techniques, and include a small touch-up kit for the wedding party. Real-bride testimonial: makeup that held up through a rainy outdoor ceremony and full reception.
Absolutely. We work with every skin type, tone, and texture — from very fair to deep, from oily to dry to mature skin. Our kit includes shade ranges and formulas suited to South Asian, East Asian, Black, Latina, Indigenous, and European complexions. Skin concerns like acne, rosacea, or sensitivity are addressed during the trial.
Yes — we routinely service the bride plus 4–8 additional wedding party members in one morning. For larger parties (8+), we bring an additional artist to keep the timeline on schedule. We provide a written getting-ready timeline so everyone knows their start time.
